This series of paintings are inspired by the Old Telephone Exchange building in Hanley. Rednile Factory nights gained access for a group of artists to investigate and be inspired by the building, the building is steeped in history having had many different uses but more recently has been used as a bar and eatery. I have combined colours found there to create paintings that bring together history and the contemporary.
